This article presents a new method of low-temperature sterilization which used a mixture of peroxide and organic acid as the sterilized agent (SterAcidAgent ® ). Such a composition of a sterilizing agent reduces the concentration of hydrogen peroxide and increases the bactericidal property of the mixture. The proposed method differs from the existing ones in the diffusion process of a SterAcidAgent ® , the effect of RF discharge on a SterAcidAgent ® , and the mechanism of UV radiation formation. Since the chemical part of the sterilization process differs from existing methods, the dependence of the pressure in the sterilization chamber on time has been improved.
