With the intelligent upgrading of industrial scenarios, the development of new intelligent manufacturing services has a strong demand for wireless to replace wired. However, the current industrial wireless and cellular networks are still difficult to meet the performance requirements of industrial field networks for deterministic transmission, such as air interface transmission delay, jitter, packet loss rate, synchronization accuracy, and lack of deterministic interoperability and converged communication mechanisms with existing industrial fieldbus, industrial Ethernet, industrial wireless and other heterogeneous networks, making it difficult to meet the requirements of industrial production networks. Therefore, we first propose the development status of the current industrial network and the problems existing in the current industrial wireless technologies, then analyze the development requirements, deployment architecture and key technologies of the improved industrial wireless networks, and finally expound the progress of related industries, hoping to provide reference ideas for the research of new industrial wireless technology for intelligent manufacturing.
