In order to master and control the distribution of the grout diffusion, the natural boundary element theory and Fourier series method were studied. According to the character of complex function and the correlative property of singular function, the boundary integral formula of multiple holes grouting with arbitrary forms was investigated for osmotic grouting. The numerical calculation shows that: the non-equal interval setting led to the diffusion heterogeneity of grout compared with the equal interval setting; the diffusion regulars tend to uniformity at different directions with the increase of the boreholes, and the grout diffusion shape was approaching a round. The natural boundary element method can be used to compute the grout diffusion rule and provide the theoretical basis for the grouting boreholes design.
