This paper focuses on the distribution pattern and interrelationship of the sales volume of each category and single product of vegetables, using the time series prediction model to forecast the cost and sales volume of different categories, using the Cook distance to analyze the outliers of the data. Setting up linear regression equations to fit the relationship between total sales volume and cost plus pricing of vegetables in each category, this paper establishes a nonlinear planning model of the time- series relationship, and gives the total daily replenishment volume and pricing strategy that makes the superstore benefit the most.
