For the servo system of AC motor, the classical traditional classical PID, fuzzy adaptive PID and neural network PID algorithms are tested in two cases of no disturbance and with disturbance respectively, and the optimal algorithm is selected. From the simulation results, it can be seen that the optimized controller with neural network PID algorithm has better control effect on motor position and speed control under nonlinear or disturbed conditions, and can effectively make the servo motor work in the best operation state when comparing the trajectory tracking accuracy.
