In this paper, we present a novel single-ended active integrated handpass filter employing recursive principles. This circuit is based upon an original method to combine input and delayed feedback signals of a first-order recursive structure thanks to a differential pair combination. The chip surface is 1.12 mm2. The fdter performs a simulated gain close to 10 dB with a 160 MHz bandwidth. Power consumption is ahont 32 mW. Noise figure is 4.6 dB at the center frequency. Philips QUBIC4 Si BiCMOS technology is used [l].
