A review of the recent achievements in the field of autofluorescence spectroscopy of cutaneous neoplasia would be presented. Excitation-emission matrices, synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy and other steady-state approaches are used for development of whole picture of the autofluorescent properties of benign, dysplastic and malignant lesions. Spectral peculiarities and fluorophores' content changes are used for development of differentiation algorithms for diagnostic needs.
