In response to global warming, China has proposed a "30•60" target. The establishment of a carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) emission monitoring system can effectively account for greenhouse gas emission and help the realization of the "30•60" goal. In this essay, an interactive CO 2 emission monitoring terminal based on multivariate data fusion is developed, a fine-grained CO 2 emission monitoring model for typical high-energy-consuming users based on electricity consumption data is built, the CO 2 emission behavior of user portrait analysis is carried out, and a CO 2 emission monitoring and analysis platform is established. The CO 2 emission monitoring network and CO 2 emission monitoring and analysis platform built by the Changshou Economic Development Zone can monitor the CO 2 emission levels of enterprises in the park and help enterprises in the park achieve their carbon dioxide emission reduction targets.
