The implementation of integrated load forecasting has great impact on the planning of urban substations. In this context, this paper proposes a planning model of urban substations considering integrated load forecasting. Loads are consisted of traditional loads and electrified loads, wherein traditional loads are predicted by regression analysis methods on the basis of historical load data. Meanwhile, electrified loads are mainly considered to be electric vehicles, which are predicted by the system dynamics method. And then based on the obtained whole loads, multi-year planning of distribution systems is carried out in practical situation. Numerical results in some practical city show that the effectiveness of the proposed planning method.
