In the fast growing world of Information & Communication Technology (ICT), authentication of human faces with minimum human intervention has a greater demand in multiple sectors. As HFR (Human Face Recognition is a well-known technique for authenticating users or stake holders. Biometric as a dominant branch for verification, HFR has its applications in video monitoring / surveillance systems, HCI. This paper is proposed to present a method for recognizing an Examinee using the technique called face recognition wherein Python programming D-Lib & other associated libraries / dependencies are used. This model Biometric system which requires a validation machine.
