This paper proposes the time-invariant single target focusing frequency diverse array (FDA) by using time-modulated optimized frequency offset and single side-band radiation scheme from time-modulated array (TMA). Unlike conventional FDA, the phase shifter is replaced by each element I/Q channel which is used to realize single side-band. The presented method also makes the beam scanning more flexible by controlling time sequence of each I/Q channel with lower system hardware cost. Numerical results verify the effectiveness of the method.
