In order to solve the problem of pressure fluctuation of hydraulic system pressure tank under complicated sea conditions, a new constant pressure pressurized tank and its control system based on sliding mode variable structure control are designed. A random ocean wave signal and a constant pressure hydraulic tank mathematical model is established. A mathematical model of the controller is established, combined with the classic ship dynamics model; the simulation model of constant pressure tank and control system is established by AMESimand MATLAB/Simulink respectively. And then establishing the joint simulation model. The pressure stability characteristics of the constant pressure pressurized tank under complex motion conditions are simulated. The simulation results show that the designed constant pressure pressurized tank and constant pressure control method can effectively suppress the fluctuation of pressure,provide a theoretical reference for the subsequent in-depth study of the ship’s constant pressure oil tank.
