Firstly, We analyzed the current financial pressure of Internet and computer software companies listed on the American Stock Market, it is found that the financial pressure faced by such companies mainly comes from two directions, internal and external. Afterward, the appropriate quantitative indicators describing the financial pressure in these two directions are obtained by screening the corresponding financial indicators of this type of enterprise. The collected data is constructed based on the Core Vector Machine (CVM) method of Radial Basis Function Neural Network (ANN-RBF). Finally, we construct a model that inputs the financial indicators of a particular enterprise for some time and then outputs a model of the quantitative indicator value of the financial pressure that the enterprise is subjected to during the period. Through the analysis of the model, factors that have a greater impact on pressure include the Nasdaq VIX index, TED spreads, and total corporate liabilities could be obtained. This model can be used to evaluate and alleviate the financial pressures faced by enterprises or quantify and predict the financial risks that enterprises will face based on the current business financial data flow to better build a more rational investment market.
