It is very important to monitor weather of particular areas at particular times. For this now Weather Monitoring is a rapidly growing area which is used to predict weather parameters. When real time parameters issues occur then Weather monitoring is always recognized as significance for research. In this for detecting on time climate parameters used wireless sensors over network. For monitor basics weather parameter like humidity, temperature and cloud. There is (MA) Mayfly hybrid algorithm and Optimization shuffled shepherd algorithm (OSSA) is used to indicates a group of weather parameters data. By using OSSA and MA techniques its help to get accurate results of climate data.
