New energy storage is key equipment in energy internet. Provincial power grid enterprises play a significant role in serving the integration of new energy storage into the grid, optimizing scheduling and operation management, and improving the utilization of energy storage. Before entering the spot electricity market, the “low charge and high discharge” of new energy storage affects the sales revenue and purchase costs of provincial power grid enterprises. In order to accurately grasp the impact of the large-scale development of new energy storage on the operation of provincial power grid enterprises, and to sort out the scale, operation mechanism, and charge and discharge price of new energy storage development in Henan Province, the impact of new energy storage development on the company's operation in 2024 and 2025 is quantified and calculated based on two types of independent energy storage power stations and user-side energy storage, divided into two scenarios: limit and reality. Countermeasures and suggestions such as cost diversion, market construction, and optimized scheduling are proposed.
