In order to realize the simulation of the transmission of telemetry data during the flight process of the target missile and the interpretation of the data by the receiving end, this paper designs and implements an telemetry simulation device based on FPGA and MCU controller, and develops the supporting application software. The joint test results with the ground telemetry signal receiving system show that the device can send multiple sets of simulated telemetry data in real time, and realize the real-time send-transmission-reception link of telemetry together with the ground telemetry system. Also the equipment can be used to verify the technical status of the ground telemetry in routine inspections, or replace the telemetry equipment on the missile and carry out technical docking with the ground telemetry system, has good portability and operability, and can be applied to the daily operation training of the telemetry system.
