Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors. The chemotherapy drug doxorubicin (DOX) has been extensively used in cancer treatment, but its clinical toxicity has limited its application. Here, we report a multifunctional metal-organic framework (ZIF-8, Zn MOF) loaded with chemotherapy drugs (doxorubicin; DOX) and targeting peptides. The morphology and size of ZIF-8@DOX-Ti were studied by scanning electron microscopy. The DOX encapsulation rate of ZIF-8@DOX-Ti was $42.465 \%$ and the drug loading rate was $30.575 \%$. The results of MTT assay showed that ZIF-8@DOX@Ti had almost no toxic effect on normal cells, and had obvious inhibitory effect on SW480. ZIF8@DOX-Ti has the advantage of non-toxic and high drug loading, suggesting that it has the potential to deal with colorectal cancer.
