The inductance of SynRM varies greatly with the current in operation, which has a significant influence on the research of sensorless control under different operating conditions of low or medium speed. It is necessary to identify the inductance parameters of motor under different operating conditions. Based on the strategy of biaxial high frequency signal injection, an off-line identification method of current-inductance model of SynRM is proposed in this paper. Firstly, based on the voltage equation and flux linkage equation, the relationship between apparent inductance and incremental inductance is derived. And the polynomial expression of the dq-axis current-inductance is given according to the self-inductance and mutual inductance characteristics of apparent inductance. Secondly, based on the relationship of the biaxial high frequency response current, the rotor position information is identified, the flux information is calculated and collected, and the hysteresis phenomenon caused by biaxial high frequency voltage injection is analyzed. Finally, the current-inductance model is calculated based on the least square method, and the apparent inductance and incremental inductance models can be obtained respectively. The constant speed torque and model torque are compared on a 1. 5KW SynRM, and the feasibility of the method is verified.
