The healthcare industry has recently adapted to various cutting-edge technologies, such as the Internet of Things, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning, to transform healthcare into smart healthcare. With the aid of networking technology, real-world objects may communicate and interact with one another under the umbrella of the IoT (Internet of Things) and Blockchain technology. IoT-based healthcare designs have data privacy, network architecture, QoS, and continuous healthcare monitoring issues. This article presents an in-depth analysis of the most recent technologies employed, advances, and studies related to IoT and Blockchain-based healthcare systems. In addition, it analyzed the literature reviews to identify research gaps, challenges, and potential solutions for long-term integration with Blockchain-powered IoT healthcare systems. Moreover, it also discusses the use of multiple encryption techniques in the development of a healthcare system that is scalable, reliable, decentralized, transparent, and secure.
