We realized a continuous-wave terahertz spectrometer with two fiber stretchers for rapid phase modulation. Both the terahertz amplitude and phase are determined from 0.06 THz to 1.8 THz with a 1 GHz step size in less than 10 min. We show transmission data of Silicon at cryogenic temperatures.
