This paper put forward an improved $H_{\infty}$ filtering for time-varying-delayed Markovian jump model (MJM), which is based on the Networked control systems(NCSs). When considering the asymptotic stability of the filtering error system, a new method is used to deal with inequalities in LKF. According to these conditions, the delay dependent filter has been designed. The results are showd by the LMIs. Finally, the advantages of the proposed method are illustrated by simulation, and the specific parameters of the filter system are obtained.
