People with blindness tend to be more vulnerable to road accidents thus the need to have an assistance comes into picture and almost takes a form of necessity in order to ensure safety. Detection of objects and cautiousness on road tend to be utmost priority for those commuting thus various methodologies have been explored to achieve the same. For better readability of the path, one has to first classify its surrounding and further understand the traffic signs inorder to ensure utmost safety. Hence, this paper has been further classified into two sub sections in which first includes path segmentation and the latter elaborates on the classification of traffic signs, and furthermore explores methodologies accordingly.
