Heterogeneous network convergence and emergency data transmission has become very hot in recently years. This paper proposed an adaptive transmission scheme to achieve Quality of Service (QoS) guarantee transmission when the emergency is found in multi-service sensor network. This scheme reduces the emergency data transmission delay and guarantees reliable emergency data transmission with the assistance of cellular networks. The source node which detects the emergency connects with the user equipment (UE) with Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) and cellular network interface, and then transmits data to the command center with cellular network. Numerical simulation shows that low delay and low packet loss ratio can be achieved for emergency traffic compared with the conventional scheme in WSN.
