One of the most prominent and distinctive subjects among scientists and researchers is VANET. The major purpose of VANET is to transmit secure information from Source to destination after securing protection. The mobility, high dynamic and continuously changing topologies are rich in VANET nodes. In proposed work, fuzzy clustering techniques are used to improve network efficiency and network stability. There are multiple nodes are present in VANET and clustering in VANET are used to prevent the malicious node in each node. NSO optimization is used to build the cluster nodes in VANET networks and identify the malicious network nodes. HMAC protocol is used to implement the efficiency of energy.
