Due to the working characteristics of low speed and heavy load and the structural characteristics of multi-point braking, the large megawatt wind power yaw brake inevitably produces vibration in the process of operation. In order to explore the influence of different yaw speed and braking force on the vibration of yaw system, a 6 degree-of-freedom multipoint braking is established and the effects of different yaw speeds and braking forces on the vibration of yaw brake discs under large and variable wind loads are analyzed. The results show that under the action of large load, the axial vibration of brake disc becomes more intense with the increase of yaw speed and braking force, and the intensity is more obvious with the change of braking force; under the action of variable wind load, the intensity of axial vibration of brake disc gradually increases with the increase of yaw speed and braking force. The vibration characteristics of brake disc under variable wind load are more significant than that under large load.
