The electromagnetic scattering computation of three-dimensional object located on ocean surface is studied.The electromagnetic scattering of object, sea surface and the interaction between them are computed based on the geometric optic, the physical optic, the shooting and bouncing ray. The scattering from electrically large ship and the coupling scattering between the ship and sea surface is calculated. The method introduced in this paper has important theoretical in realistic ocean remote sensing and detection of military targets located on ocean surface.
