Business guidance and data control are increasingly being used by companies to optimise the intelligent management of corporate financial accounting, and artificial neural networks are being rapidly introduced into business processes and risk control. The aim of this paper is to investigate intelligent management systems for enterprise financial accounting based on artificial neural networks. This system focuses on combining network technology and computer technology in the financial accounting management of an enterprise, and designs an intelligent management system for the financial accounting of a group of enterprises based on SOA technology. A BP neural network is selected to model and train data on the cost of materials issued in construction projects, and the model is used to forecast new financial business data to help finance staff improve their financial risk control. The results show that the implementation of this algorithm can help enterprise M to use the prediction function of big data analysis for real-time cost overrun monitoring and early warning in its daily operation.
