Bioradar is an emerging concept to aim at human targets detection. Since the vital signs are weak, surrounding environment has greater interference on it. It is difficult to obtain the high performance of static human body detection and localization. Dual-channel SFCW radar is used to improve this problem and a new method of static human body detection based on dual-channel SFCW radar is proposed in this paper. In this method preprocessing is used to suppress interference, and then dual-channel coherence is adopted to further suppress environmental clutter. CFAR detector, morphological filtering and clustering are applied in detection and localization of static humans. Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively suppress the clutters and improve the detection performance.
