This paper proposes a conceptual framework for the trusted environment of e-commerce transaction (TEET) from multiple perspectives according to the literatures of online trust theories. The framework aims to guide how e-commerce establishes a trust transaction environment in practice and help e-commerce reach its full potential. It elaborates the basis of building a trusted transaction environment for e-commerce, including principles, elements and dimensions. The principle puts forward the purpose and goal of TEET. The element is a five-factor model, which summarizes the main content of the TEET. The dimension is the perspective of specific and in-depth analysis of the trusted e-commerce transaction environment, including stakeholder perspectives and transaction process perspectives.
