A single-beam 1-bit Huygens transmitarray antenna is proposed which possesses the dual-polarized response. Based on the Huygens principle, the dual-polarized transmission unit have binary digital states with 0° and 180° phase compensation for at 28 GHz. Based on the induced magnetism, the Huygens binary digital states are broadband transparent. Finally, three ultrathin 1-bit transmitarray comprising $33\times 33$ unit cells are designed which are used for single beam radiation in normal direction and at refraction angle of 15°, and 30°. Simulated results exhibit high-gain single-beam patterns which are validated by the measured results. the proposed 1-bit transmitarray antenna can promote the development of digital metasurface.
