In this paper, a design scheme of a high power endurance RF receiving front-end is proposed. In this scheme, the wide line-width suspended strip line high pass filter on the first stage of the component forms multiple transmission zeros at the low end to realize a high suppression, high power endurance and low loss filter. At the second-stage, PIN tube high-power limiter realizes a high-power, low-loss limiter circuit by cascading an active limiter and a passive limiter. The working input port and the self-checking input port are easy to be installed in the same plane with the front-end antenna through the BMA and SMP blind insertion structure. The actual measurement results show that the receiving front end has the characteristics of high power endurance, low noise figure and low in-band fluctuation.
