Various cellular stress levels leads to p53 protein-regulated cell survival actions. Apoptosis, the programmed cell death, depends on the severity of stress level. Present study investigates the effect of Smokeless Tobacco (SLT) on neuronal cells and resulting Apoptosis process as the recovery mechanism. Here, we have mathematically modeled the Apoptosis pathway and simulated in Matlab platform. The simulated output validates the existing experimental works with Pearson’s correlation factor of 0.936.
