1 Objective: To explore analysis of satisfaction and cognitive status of elderly residents to community health information services, and provide a basis for better information service for the elderly residents. Methods: Questionnaire survey was adopted to investigate and analyze the elderly residents over 60 years old. Results: It was found that there was a great difference in the satisfaction of community health information service among the elderly residents.The higher the age, the lower the satisfaction of community health information service; Elderly residents generally have a low cognition of community health services. Conclusion: It is necessary for community health service institutions to provide targeted health information services to different elderly people, so as to increase the publicity of community services and improve the efficiency of utilization.
