In this paper, we design a community sharing platform based on mobile Internet by combining the features of open information and economic sharing in the context of “Internet+”. The platform uses the front and back-end separated architecture, and the APP development adopts the current three mainstream frameworks of Android development “Rxjava + Retrofit + MVP” as the network request framework; the back-end adopts the Spring framework based on Java technology as the underlying architecture. The platform is designed to connect the supply and demand sides, so that the resources can solve people's needs in a more convenient and timely manner, while contributing to the creation of a civilized society.
