The abnormal working resistance of the transmission system at low temperature often affects the normal operation of the radar. This paper analyzes the abnormal problem of low temperature working torque of a radar transmission system, and summarizes the nine influencing factors of the abnormality of low temperature resistance. The problem location and mechanism analysis are given. The solution was verified and verified by experiments. The research results and analysis methods of this case have guiding significance for solving similar faults.
