Position sensing technology and its application is the prerequisite of The Internet of things. This paper mainly discussed the indoor positioning algorithm based on RFID target recognition. Compared to other positioning methods, RFID is advantageous for its non-contact and none-line-of-sight feature. RFID-based indoor positioning system LANDMARC most adjacent neighbor algorithm is a common indoor positioning algorithm, but its result has certain error. This paper introduces pseudo-absolute positioning algorithm and proposes an improved most adjacent neighbor algorithm to improve the precision of indoor positioning. The experiment proves that the improved algorithm has better positioning precision than the original method.
