Oil and gas are necessary factors to ensure the normal operation of society, and the safe production of oil and gas is also particularly important, and the risk assessment of static equipment in the station is extremely important. In order to develop accurate maintenance measures for the static equipment of oil and gas station, the RBI technology is introduced to analyze the risk of six core static equipment in this paper. Firstly, it is necessary to collect the relevant information of the station's static equipment. Secondly, the failure probabilities of static equipment can be calculated using the parameters of the same kind of failure probability, management system factor, and equipment correction factor. Then, the leakage mode is selected as a case, so the failure effect areas of static equipment can be also computed. Finally, a risk matrix is applied to determine the risk levels of static equipment.
