In recent years, surface subsidence, ground fissures, surface collapse and other geological disasters occur frequently in cities. In order to prevent geological disasters, mitigate the losses caused by geological disasters, and safeguard the safety of people’s lives and property, the ground subsidence in Dongchangfu District of Liaocheng from November 2019 to March 2022 was monitored based on SBAS-InSAR technology, and the causes of land surface subsidence were analyzed in combination with the environmental conditions of key subsidence areas. The results indicated that, the subsidence in the southeast is overall, the subsidence in the northwest is uneven and the funnel is obvious, the northeast and southwest regions are relatively stable. The occurrence of urban surface subsidence is easily affected by groundwater exploitation and engineering activities.
