In the comprehensive energy construction system, electricity substitution is an indispensable part. Electricity substitution technology directly converts electricity into other forms of energy to meet the needs of various loads, promotes the consumption and use of clean energy generation on the supply side, closely adheres to the design concept of safety, efficiency, and ecological protection in the park, promotes the electrification process, and optimizes the energy consumption structure. In addition, the implementation of electricity substitution work and the integration of clean energy sources can effectively reduce the emissions of pollutants and greenhouse gases, generate relevant environmental benefits, and ensure the construction of environmentally friendly parks. Integrated energy system operators bear the social responsibility of optimizing energy structure and maintaining the ecological environment, and electricity substitution projects are an important source of social benefits, which can quantify the advantages of the system in clean, high-quality, and sustainable development. This article constructs a multi-level, multi-objective, and multi criteria comprehensive evaluation index system based on the sources and influencing factors of the comprehensive energy system benefits in industrial parks, and proposes a quantitative calculation model, numerical calculation method, and index system reduction method for the indicators.
