We develop a three-dimensional thermo-electro-elastic coupling model for piezoelectric semiconductor beams with considering both the geometric nonlinearity and the nonlinearity of drift current. The multi-field coupling mechanical behavior of the considered piezoelectric semiconductor beam is studied with the finite element method. The influence of temperature changes on the electromechanical fields and the carrier concentration is numerically investigated.
