This paper mainly studies an adaptive FNN with uncertain delay and unstable nonlinear feedback system. A new type of sliding model control system is established by using nonlinear disturbance observer and RBF neural network. The parameter estimation method is used to replace the artificial neuron weights to speed up the solution of the algorithm. Time-varying disturbances are estimated using a nonlinear disturbance observer. In order to prevent the "differential explosion" produced by derivation of virtual control law, it is estimated by filtering method. A simulation study is carried out on the low maneuverability of large maneuvering aircraft. Experiments prove that the designed controller has excellent performance and strong anti-interference ability.
