Radiation damage of visual surveillance system in strong radiation environment will induce degradation of image quality, which will lead to failure of observation results in severe cases. To meet the application requirements of high-definition imaging in strong radiation environment, we decompose the degradation characteristics of radiated images, then propose an adaptive filtering method based on multiscale morphological decomposition to optimize the mixed noise, finally use the visual adaptive model fusion method to enhance the detail information. The experimental results show that our method can effectively improve the image quality degradation induced by radiation damage and obtain better visual effect.
