In this paper, cement-based piezoelectric materials are used in a one-dimensional periodic structure with holes. The band gap of the periodic structure is calculated with the finite element software COMSOL. Draw a conclusion from the result, compared with the fully connected structure, the proposed structure is lighter in weight and has low-frequency in band gap. On this basis, the influence of the opening radius and location of silicone rubber coating, material parameters of cement-based piezoelectric materials, and the radius of steel and silicone rubber on the band gap are studied in details. The low frequency band gap of the structure provides a new idea for the application of vibration isolation and noise reduction technology in civil engineering.
