This study develops a quick and easy-to-use salvage device underwater to respond to the increasing number of marine disasters. At this time, while lifting the human body, information on the salvage situation is provided to the navigation control system installed in the rescue boat. In the development of the integrated package system, dual space-based salvage equipment that can be used at a depth of 10m is developed, IoT-based communication interface, sensor interface for monitoring underwater salvage situation, water tank-based mobile control system and software, and gas-expanded salvage equipment are designed and verified.
