based on the simulation results, a high-frequency filter with a cutoff frequency of 300 GHz was developed. The filter was manufactured using two different techniques: thick-film technology using electrically conductive silver-palladium paste and thin-film technology (magnetron sputtering of conductive Cu and photolithography). The transmission spectrum of filters made by different methods did not differ. The maximum transmission value at a frequency of 300 GHz for the manufactured filters was 40%.
