We demonstrate a photonic terahertz integrated sensing and communication (THz-ISAC) system, combining linear frequency modulation and phase-shift keying (LFM-PSK). 20.9 dB peak-to-sidelobe ratio (PSLR) and 6 Gbit/s data rate are simultaneously achieved at 330 GHz.
