In this paper, the nonlinear model extraction of active dual-port devices and mixers is studied based on the nonlinear effect requirements of receiver RF link. In this study, variety of model extraction methods are used to break through the key techniques such as active dual-port device behavior model extraction and mixer model extraction. The agreement between the simulation results and the measured results is greater than 90%, which provides an important technical support for establishing the integrity and accuracy of the digital prototype of receiver RF link.
