High frequency resonance Class C power amplifier is one of very important functional circuit of high frequency circuits. The Class C power amplifier is usually divided into three working states including under -voltage, over-voltage and critical state. The working state of the circuit is affected not only by the parameters of the triode but also by the parameters of other components in the circuit. In order to realize the function of narrow band high frequency power amplifier, we use Class C amplifier in the design and research of the circuit. The simulation experiments of the amplifier are performed with Multisim 14 software. Lots of data and charts are obtained in the experiments, and the influence of the external parameters on the working state of the circuit is discussed, then the feed circuit and filter matching network is designed. The matching network designed by the network analyzer could achieve a good match, and the output power of the narrow band high frequency power amplifier was 1W, and the power gain reached to 24dB.
