Browse behavior indicates users' real intention and interest, behavior analysis is an effective way to acquire knowledge of templates and adaptive rules for personalized map service. In this paper, an experiment for single user was introduced, which was carried out in a personalized map service prototype system. Then, an algorithm for user interest mining based on browse behavior was presented, according to which user's browse behavior log in database was analyzed, the interest vector and the corresponding interestingness were obtained, which were important knowledge for personalized navigation and recommendation in web map service.
