As an important part of the life support system for high performance fighter pilots, the aviation anti-G regulator can protect pilots from overload during maneuvering flight. Based on the design library of mechanical and pneumatic components in AMESim, one-dimensional flow simulation model and mechanical motion model of the system were established according to the structural principle of the aviation anti-G regulator. By simulating the overlord environment, the working curve of the anti-G regulator under different overloads were obtained. By changing the structure parameters, effects of several key parameters on the performance were discussed. The simulation results can play a guiding role in the structural optimization of the aviation anti-G regulator.
